Exercise testing
I provide the following services to athletes who want to improve their performance:
-V02 testing by breath-by-breath analysis
-Power and lactate measurements
because proper training intensity and duration are critical for optimizing training plans, recovery, and performance

- Oxygen uptake efficiency (OUES)

I specialise in supporting clients with long-term health conditions and welcome referrals from your GP. Consultations are available in-person or online

About
Rob Morrison is a certified exercise physiologist and human performance specialist. He is currently a doctoral researcher with a focus on contextualising exercise interventions for functional performance in older adults. Since 2002, he has worked with a wide range of clients covering diverse areas such as athletic performance, body re-composition, and exercise for older adults. Rob’s interests lie in cardiopulmonary exercise testing, exercise for chronic conditions, and physical functioning in older populations. His publications include:
