What data do we collect?

Our Company collects the following data when a client subscribes to a service:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
  • PAR-Q questionnaire
  • Physiological measurements (weight, body composition, cardiorespiratory function, muscular function)

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide MP with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a client survey or provide feedback via email.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
  • PAR-Q questionnaire

How will we use your data?

MP collects your data so that we can:

  • Assess your readiness for an exercise plan, devise an appropriate plan, and manage your client account.
  • Email you regarding updates to our service, or to contact you about your exercise plan

We will never share your data with any other business

How do we store your data?

MP securely stores your data (all offline PAR-Q forms, kinanthropometric and physiological data) held securely in a locked file, or electronically with encryption. Only the principal exercise physiologist has access to client data.

MP will keep your data for the duration of your time as a client. Once this time has expired, we will delete your data by shredding any offline forms or deleting files held electronically. Where MP is operating on the basis of a referral from another health professional, data will be only be stored where it is critical for health records and/or due diligence.

Marketing

We will only market on to you on consent, all marketing is strictly limited to classes or events you may be interested in attending or have previously attended

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop MP from contacting you for marketing purposes

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email [email protected] for immediate removal from any marketing

The right to access – You have the right to request MP for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
